Harrison leads Fieldd with a rare mix of firsthand industry experience and deep product intuition. Before founding Fieldd, he built and scaled a successful service business from the ground up, not with funding or credentials, but with the software he coded himself to solve real operational problems.
That system became the blueprint for Fieldd. Today, Harrison drives the vision, product, and growth strategy from Fieldd’s headquarters in Austin, Texas.
He works closely with engineering, design, and operations to keep the platform fast, focused, and built for the people who use it. His leadership style is grounded, execution-focused, and shaped by one clear belief: the best tools should belong to the people doing the work.
Under his leadership, Fieldd has grown from a bootstrapped prototype into a trusted global platform, without shortcuts, hype, or compromise.

Fieldd didn’t start with a pitch deck. It started with a clear vision and an even clearer problem: the software running service businesses was outdated, disconnected, and holding people back.
At 16, our founder, Harrison, made a decision most people wouldn’t, he left school early to chase a bigger opportunity. With no formal credentials, no investors, and no safety net, he taught himself to code and launched a mobile service business that grew to over 50 staff and 25,000 customers. What set him apart wasn’t the service, it was the software behind the scenes. A system he built from scratch to automate bookings, payments, dispatch, and customer experience. It wasn’t theory. It was a necessity. And it worked. That tool became the edge that changed everything.
So he rebuilt it, this time with a team, a vision, and a mission to give others the same advantage.
What started as a fix for one business became the operating system for thousands. Today, Fieldd helps people around the world run their business faster, smarter, and on their own terms.
