Can I issue refunds and is there an additional fee?
Yes, you can issue refunds from your fieldd CRM dashboard or directly from your payment provider. There are no additional fees when processing a refund with fieldd PAY. However, third-party payment processing fees may apply.
Does fieldd PAY have any fraud protection in place?
All transactions that pass through fieldd PAY, online and on the fieldd PAY app, are securely encrypted to prevent loss or access by unauthorized third-parties. We monitor all transactions and alert customers of suspicious activity.
Where do I see transactions and how do I access my funds?
The fieldd PAY app gives you access to the online fieldd CRM dashboard where you can see detailed reports of all your transactions. The funds are deposited in the accounts you specified after a few days based on your processing provider.
