Cities around the US use 311 for residents to be able to report concerns and ask questions about their cities infrastructure. When you call 311 you will wait on hold and then be connected with a customer support agent. The agent will place your report or question to the right government utility or service, they will then process the report to address the reported issue.
2. What can I report to 311?
Depending on your cities infrastructure your reasons to call 311 may vary. Here is a common list of reasons to call 311:
- Sidewalk and road repairs
- Noise complaints
- Abandoned vehicles
